Promotions Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable to all promotions and promotional codes:

• Purchases made using promotional code or advertised limited set(s) cannot be cancelled or amended upon receipt of your order acknowledgement email.
• Promotional code and/or free gift(s) promotion will be deemed final upon receipt of your order acknowledgement email unless stated otherwise.
• Products with ‘MORE DISCOUNT’, ‘ONLINE DEAL’ label or Add-to-cart prices cannot be combined with other promotional codes and promotions including trade in or up programs. You can only choose to either utilize the promotional code or purchase the Add-to-cart price at all times.
• Products with ‘X SETS LEFT’ ribbon will revert back to original price once the limited set quantity has been sold out. No extension of limited set prices will be entertained.
• Applicable with a minimum cart value of $1 after the redemption of promotional code.
• All promotional codes, free gifts and purchase-with-purchase promotions are for one-time usage per customer.
• All promotional codes, promotions, free gifts and purchase-with-purchase are not stackable and exclude HomeClub points, Advertised Products with Limited Sets, Online Deal Products, Pre-orders, Trade in or up programs & COURTS Gift Cards unless stated otherwise.
• All free gifts and purchase-with-purchase promotions are on while stocks last basis.
• Promotional codes are only applicable for COURTS Online. Voucher redemptions are not applicable with other promotional codes and promotions.
• If the promotional code has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping and handling charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.
• Items purchased under 'X SETS LEFT' or 'CLEARANCE' may not come in mint box but they are guaranteed Brand New products. Such items are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty within 14 days from date of collection/delivery.
• COURTS Voucher(s) can be in the form of Direct Discount or E-gift Card depending on the Promotion(s) at the point of sale.

The following terms and conditions are applicable to all items:

• Items tagged with non-limited set ribbon may be subjected to limited purchase quantities per customer.
• Strictly no traders or resellers allowed.
• COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd may cancel your order and/or reject all promotional codes or vouchers, at our sole discretion without prior notice to you, if suspected of any fraudulent activity or misuse of COURTS accounts to purchase item beyond the limited quantity.
• If the product is defective, we will replace the product for you within 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly bring the product back with the warranty card and your valid purchase receipt from COURTS.
• In the event of a price difference between the displayed online product and the order confirmation value with effect of daily price updates, out-of-stock products, expired limited set deals, mislabeling or erroneous pricing, COURTS Online reserves the right to adjust the final order value in accordance to the confirmation order that was presented to the Customer and therefore, such adjustment will be deemed as final.
• COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
• COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any promotions or promotional codes without prior notice.
• COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any transaction(s) if the stated advertised limited sets are exceeded or pre-allocated sets are sold out or multiple usage of promotional code by any customer.

Terms & Conditions for Free Gift:

• The "Free Gifts" promotion is open to all customers who meet specified criteria 
• To be eligible for the free gift, customers must make a qualifying purchase as indicated in the promotion details.
• The qualifying purchase amount and/or product(s) required to be eligible for the free gift will be clearly stated in the promotion.
• Only purchases made during the promotional period will be considered for the free gift offer.
• The availability of the free gift is subject to stock availability.
• We reserve the right to substitute the free gift with an item of similar value in the event of stock unavailability.
• To claim the free gift, customers must add the qualifying items to their shopping cart during the promotional period.
• The free gift will be automatically added to the shopping cart when the eligibility criteria are met.
• The free gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• The gift cannot be gifted, resold, or transferred to another individual or entity.
• The free gift promotion may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated.
• The free gift promotion is not applicable to previous purchases.
• In the event of a return of the qualifying purchase, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition to receive a refund.
• If the free gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value may be deducted from the refund amount.
• COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend, add, delete or vary any of the above terms and conditions and exclusion clauses with regards to this promotion without prior notice.
