Lowest Price Guaranteed.


COURTS ensures that our prices are lower than or at least the same as competitors, subject to prevailing terms and conditions.


At times, you may find that a product is being offered at a very special price at one of our stores but not the others, or that the price for a product you purchased has dropped at our stores thereafter. This is due to ongoing store-specific promotions or clearance sales. In such instances, we regret that we are unable to offer a price match.


If you find your recently purchased item priced lower at our competitors, you may contact us within 14 days from date of purchase with "proof" of price. We are happy to refund you the price difference !

Yes, we will price match or refund the price difference on a “like-for-like" basis for the same product brand origin and model including prevailing tax (GST) and manufacturer's warranty, through the same payment method as well as mode of delivery.

Customers can visit any COURTS store, call our toll-free Customer Service Hotline at 1800 222 6868, or email customercare@courts.com.sg within 14 days from the date of purchase. In your communications, please highlight the lower price in effect that you want us to price match.

Please provide a picture of the competitor’s price tag, advertisement or catalogue to facilitate the price match for physical stores; a screen grab of the competitor’s website promotion to facilitate the price match for online stores.

If you visit any of our physical stores, we will be able to process the claim in the same visit, provided proof of price is provided as above and all requirements are met. Requests through email or our customer service hotline take typically three working days to process.

Sometimes a listed competitor will advertise a product with limited quantities for a special price or the item may even be out of stock. In these scenarios, the item will not be eligible for a price match or a refund of the price difference.

No. COURTS does not price match “free gift with purchase” offers as they are not exactly “like-for-like”.

No. COURTS does not price match when the competitors’ price is only applicable when using the competitors’ credit cards or any other financing offers.

No. COURTS does not match our competitors' trade-in values and offers on trade-in products.

The difference will be refunded via the same mode of payment used for the original purchase. You are only allowed to claim one price match per item.

14-Day Exchange

For general product exchanges, you may bring the item in its original and sealed condition, along with the original receipt, warranty card, as well as any accompanying free gifts, vouchers, and/or accessories associated with the purchase, to our stores within 14 days from date of purchase, or date of delivery if it is a delivered item, for an exchange.

For specific issues pertaining to your product exchange, you may wish to refer to the below pre-purchase checklist, in order to avoid any disappointment or added cost on your purchase:

For any Online Purchase Exchange or Return Item, only doorstep collection is available, and COURTS do not accept any form of in-store return. In addition, a $10 doorstep collection fee will be imposed on a non-refundable basis for the Online Product Exchange or Return Item. All product returned under this policy must remain intact, unused, and be in its original sealed condition and packaging, along with any warranty card contained or attached therein together with any accompanying free gifts, vouchers, equipment, component and/or accessories associated with the purchase. COURTS reserved the rights to reject the exchange OR return policy and/or request if there is any sign of opened and/or used on the respective product or if the returning of the Online Product Exchange Item (including its warranty card, free gifts, vouchers, equipment, component and/or accessories associated with the purchase) is not complete.


Ensure your product fits into your intended space

  1. Ensure well in advance that the item(s) you have ordered will fit into your space, paying special attention to product dimensions and measurements.
  2. Be sure not to forget any lifts, elevators, stairwells, passages, corridors and landings that your item must pass through.
  3. Do check all required access routes and that there is sufficient access and parking for a large delivery truck to safely unload and deliver your item.
  4. Do pay attention to Bulky Products including Fridge, Washer, Dryers, Dishwasher, Hobs, Hood, Sofa and Dining in particular.

In the unfortunate event that the above mentioned Bulky Products cannot fit into the intended space, a 30% restocking fees (based on merchandise value) will apply for opened products but in pristine, brand new, resellable condition and in their original packaging. Please reject the delivery and visit the store to reselect your product.

Ensure your purchase comes in your desired colour

COURTS makes every effort to display the colour of our products as accurately as possible. However, possibly due to store lighting variances or usage of different devices to view the product, the colour in our stores or online photos may appear to vary slightly from the actual colour of the product. We recommend you review all images of product before placing your order and make the necessary confirmations in stores before proceeding with your purchase.

In the event item cannot fit into the intended space or you have received the wrong colour product, please reject the delivery and exchange arrangements will be made accordingly. In the event you decide to choose a different colour from your original purchase, you may visit the store to reselect your product. A 30% restocking fee (based on merchandise value) will apply for opened products but in pristine, brand new, resellable condition and in their original packaging.Kindly note the above option does not apply to Made-to-Order furniture and bedding.

In the event of any order cancellation, the refund will exclude paid delivery charges.

No exchanges or refunds for all COURTS GiftCards, Apple and OSIM products, Gaming Consoles, COURTS Warranty & Services and electronic downloads such as games, software, videos, etc – due to the utilisation of unique passwords once sold.

For reasons of hygiene, bedding and bedding essentials are also non-returnable or exchangeable.

COURTS reserves the right to reject any cancellation or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

If the product is defective, we will replace the product for you within 14 days from the date of purchase if it is collected in store, or the date of delivery if it is a delivered item. Kindly bring the product in its original box/packaging along with the warranty card and your valid purchase receipt from COURTS.

If the repair or replacement is not reasonably possible or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may keep the defective Goods and ask for a partial refund, or return the defective Goods and ask for a full refund. Please note that the amount of the full refund will take into account the Goods’ current state resulting from your use. If a higher value exchange is required under COURTS FlexiPlans purchase, then a new instalment plan agreement must be sanctioned.

On returning defective Goods, please note that any free gifts, vouchers and accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time. If free gifts, vouchers and accessories have been used, the refund amount will be offset accordingly. If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

Display sets cannot be exchanged.

Please note that some brands reserve the right to subject the product to an examination by their own experts, and may not accept the return of goods. For unsealed defective Apple products, please refer to Apple Service Centre. For unsealed Headsets and Earphones, please refer to the manufacturer's authorised office.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, COURTS reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, requires you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.

Deferment / Cancellation of Delivery Appointment


Deferment of Delivery

Deliveries can be postponed for up to 6 months (From the date of purchase). In any event if the customer required the Item/Goods to be delivered for more than 6 months calculating from the date of the purchase with COURTS, then an administration fee of S$100 will be imposed.


Cancellation – Before Delivery/Self-Collection

Refunds will be done via the same mode of payment used for the original purchase and may take up to 15 working days or more depending on the payment mode. For COURTS Online purchase, COURTS do not accept any cancellation request after COURTS has arranged the shipment for delivery or where the order is in-transit to your delivery address. You may only cancel your order and request for refund if the cancellation request is made before COURTS has arranged the shipment and which shall subject to COURTS' review and approval.
