With regards to the performance of this vacuum, I am surprised at the power this compact portable vacuum has in sucking up dust and hairs effectively and efficiently. The light on the vacuum head means that it is possible to have a clear view of any areas that need cleaning. The Flex wand minimises cleaning under sofas or beds, reducing backache occurrences. Only downside is that the vacuum can be quite loud, so maybe night vacuuming may not be a good idea after all.

The set up is very easy, within 10mins you will get a fully functioning vacuum with the help of a very detailed user guide. the vacuum is light weight and easy to manoeuvre. It took around 4 hours as mentioned in the specs to be fully charged. when using on different flooring, tile and mat, you can hear the suction sound is different without having to change any settings. the sound is reasonably low too. it automatically shines on areas where there are more dirt and clean the bin automatically. the only cons is that is does not have mopping function. other than that, a truly intelligence and must have household item.

My 3 favourite features are: 1) IQ mode: when the vacuum detects areas with more dust, it automatically increases the suction. This also allows me to note which areas are more prone to dust build up. 2) The flexi arm: easy and quick to reach into tight areas e.g. under the chair or bed. 3) Auto empty function: when I am done vacuuming, I just need to place the vacuum back into the docking station. It will welcome the vacuum back by auto emptying the dust cup. One moment you see a tonne of dust in the canister, next moment it is empty. Amazing.

I no longer have to put on a mask each time I empty the debris holder of my old vacuum. At a weight of 2.2kg, the lightness of the vacuum allows minimal effort and at the same time, ensures a clean home. The different brushes allow cleaning of any creek and odd corners of the house. In addition, no more pulling out those hair strands stuck on the brush roller, which is always a challenge. Vacuuming is also now a breeze without straining my back!

Easy to charge and the charging port was steady and has storage for other accessories. When an edge is detected, the vacuum will increase the suction for greater cleaning power. I also love that the flex wand feature allows me to clean under the table or chairs without me having to bend down too much. My favourite feature is the auto evacuation of the dirt in the dust cup into the dock dust bin for easy removal eventually!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nishelle from Strong and Easy to use I like my new vacuum! Best feature is the flexible wand, it is foldable so cleaning under the bed, sofa, coffee table are so easy now. The suction is strong and it can detect debris to adjust the suction accordingly. How smart! The brushroll is made of smooth material with silicon fan so it does not trap hairs like other brand that I have tried. The suction is strong and it can sense the surrounding debris and adjust the suction accordingly. It is light weight, only 2.2kg. Even my 6 years old boy can use it. Another feature I like is it auto-empty the dirt into the dock dustbin at the bottom. This minimises dust flying around in the air, which is good for me as I am allergy to dust. It comes with many accessories, whicb I can use to clean other areas of the house. One machine, multiple use!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andy from My best yet 1 of the best vacuum i use so far. Its very lightweight to me at least. Easy to manouver, the bendable stick is a bonus to reach under sofas and beds without the need to really bend down. Suction power is strong on max mode. But using the IQ sense with auto detect and suction is better for battery life and easy to just press on and vacuum without the need to change suction power on different flooring and carpet. Love the auto empty dock as i will always have a clean empty bin to vacuum on next. So far battery cud last for 5 room flat on a single charge with carpets on auto mode. Will see how long the battery cud last as all batteries it will deplete on its life as usage progress. For the price is not bad. Cud say on par with dyson. I do own a dyson v8 v10 before. All in all a happy purchase.

The suction is powerful, the head is easy to turn and it is lightweight. The flexible wand is a definite plus as it makes it easy to vacuum the areas under beds/ sofas. The auto-empty system is another plus as it makes it easier and cleaner to get rid of the debris. With the other accessories, I can also use it to vacuum tight corners and also upholstery. It is a great asset to make household cleaning easier.
