Cant wipe my face with a towel during gym - will knock the buds out. After every gym use i seem to get charging error. Buds dont stick in very well, feels like it'll drop. No bud tips I can use to improve the fit. Controls on the ear buds seems cool but doesnt work well if I can't keep the buds on when trying to use the controls (due to the poor fit)

Why in the world are you trying to copy a certain fruit company earpiece? Just stop. Samsung has always had better designs, but this is just pathetic. You guys dropped the ball big time with the Galaxy Buds3. The fit is horrible, the sound is subpar, and don’t even get me started on how uncomfortable they are. I miss the old in-ear design! At least that stayed in my ears and gave decent sound isolation. This open, shallow design is trash. What were you thinking? It’s like you’re trying to copy a certain fruit company design, but you don’t have their sheep customer base to overlook a failure like this. And seriously, giving these out for free as promotions? That’s a clear sign you know this product is a flop. No one in their right mind would buy this. You messed up big time with the Buds3. Get rid of this awful design and bring back the in-ear buds, or just don’t bother.
