Rated 3 out of 5 by LayHong from Warranty I loved Phillips Vacuum Cleaner for its functionality, easy to use & clean. This is the 4th Vacuum cleaner that I have purchased for families & office. However, the disappointing is with its warranty on Battery 2 of my vacuum cleaners are still under warranty (FC6813 expired in Aug2024 & XC8147 expired in Feb2026). Both battery are unable to hold charges. Was told by Phillips Service Center that warranty excludes battery. The cost of Battery replacement approximates that of a new purchase. This was disappointing. That leads to the purchase of SC7055/01
