Rated 2 out of 5 by T.X.R. from Bulky and loud hairdryer 1. Bulky, cannot fold 2. Very Loud in dB, especially when I use Ionic Care, I was worried that my ears will have issue after long term use. 3. Use too much Power? 2100W is a lot of power just for a hair dryer. 4. Weight is abit heavy for ladies to hold with 1 hand. 5. Doesn't dry the hair as well as old conventional hair dryers that I bought from Philips. Is it possible to get a replacement product from Philips due to product not meeting customer satisfaction? Can I get a replacement with a hairdryer that can really dry my hair and foldable and not so heavy and bulky and use lesser electricity power?

Rated 1 out of 5 by Hkhk from Hazardous hair dryer with serious design flaw This is my first time using this hair dryer and my hair was sucked into the ventilation holes while I was drying hair for my daughter. This is seriously a design flaw, the holes are bigger than usual and there is no protective cover at the back. Second photo is a comparison against my old Philips hair dryer. This will be my first and last time using this hair dryer. Better to safe than sorry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by haribo3 from Great mix of versatility and performance [Employee of philipsglobal] Short of 1 star as the speed to dry hair can be better but overall, light weight and the medium heat setting function is just what i need to avoid damaging my hair and still achieve the effects, Thermoprotect is a well thought function

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hana80 from In love with this powerful dryer at lower temp! [Employee of philipsglobal] Excellent for my bleached hair, the low temperature doesn't damage and tangle my hair yet the powerful drying makes the drying process shorter for my extra long hair. This one is really perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anna K from Simple in use and not overheating [Employee of philipsglobal] This hair dryer is very light weighted, simple in use and it doesn't overheat the hair. It looks very cool, and stylish. It is a good option for daily home use when a sophisticated drying technique is not required. However, it would be good if there were more drying speed options. Thus, I would put 'good' rating rather than 'excellent'
