Is it possible for me to visit any COURTS store at any time to take advantage of the private sale promotions?

We are sorry, but the private sale promotions are only available at the store hosting the event on specific dates.

What are the event timings, registration period, and the end time of the event?

Registration for the event will be open from 10am to 3pm. It is mandatory to register in order to receive the sale kit and vouchers for this event. Once you have collected the necessary items, you are welcome to enjoy a leisurely shopping experience until the store closes at 10pm.

For how long will the promotions be valid?

The promotions available during this event will be valid exclusively for the duration of the private sale event.

What is the duration for which COURTS can hold onto our items if our house is not yet ready?

We would be glad to hold your purchase for up to 6 months. In the event of unforeseeable delays by the authority for key collection, we kindly request that you provide us with the relevant document(s) as proof. We will then do our best to accommodate your needs by rescheduling the delivery accordingly.

Is there an additional delivery charge?

COURTS will provides free delivery. Conditions apply.

What are the event perks that I will receive by attending this event?

By attending this event, you will not only enjoy exclusive discounts on essential items for your new house but also receive a $50 cash voucher that can be applied towards your final purchase. Additionally, complimentary meals will be provided for you and your family. Please note that certain conditions apply to these benefits.

Is it possible for COURTS to match prices with competitors?

Certainly, we are able to offer a price match against our competitors, including Best Denki, Challenger, Gain City, Harvey Norman and Mega Discount Store. We would like to inform you that if we do a price match and the revised price is already lower than our promotional price, we will not be able to stack any further promotions on top.

When does the warranty for the items I purchased begin?

The warranty period will commence from the date of delivery.

Is it possible to make changes to my purchase before the delivery date?

Certainly, it is possible to change the item 2 week prior to the scheduled delivery. However, please note that any made-to-order items cannot be changed. For further details on our exchange policy for made-to-order items, please consult our sales staff.

What happens if the model I purchased becomes discontinued?

In the event that the item you purchased becomes discontinued, our sales staff will notify you and guide you through the process of selecting an alternative product. They will do their utmost to assist you in finding a similar item that meets your requirements. Rest assured, the same promotion that you received during the private event will be applicable to the newly selected item.

Will you store the item I purchased in your warehouse?

We do not store purchased items in our warehouse. Our aim is to constantly refresh our stock so that when your delivery date arrives, we can provide you with a fresh item from our warehouse.

We don't have discounts for buying in groups of certain items. Instead, we offer deals on popular categories that new homeowners usually look for. This way, everyone can choose from a variety of items on sale during the event.
