Lighter than the old models, power needs are fine for an average condo unit Watchouts: First, The suction power is lower than what I am used to from the old model, so I recommend getting the next upgraded model. The sales lady warned me but I ignored her. Second, there’s a weird air outlet coming out of the front of the vacuum that pushes some of the dirt/hair/etc away (basically it suctions when you pull it back but not so efficiently when you push the vacuum away from you). Wet mop function is just ok - not remarkable but appreciate the flexibitiy. I’m more likely to use a regular mop for now but I still love the vacuum.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Magg from The V12s dry vacuum is good and easy to empty but the wet vacuum attachments are not efficient. The red cover of the compartment for dirty water come loose easily, thus the dirty water dripped on the floor and requires frequent emptying and washing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Edward L from Great Dyson's Cordless Vacumm Cleaner Bought it to replace my faulty wired bagged vacuum cleaner. Loves the maneuverability, and suction power of this small beast. However, it'll be perfect to have dust bag to contain the fine powder dust and dirt; which the ejection of the bin will not clear all the dust and dirt. Personal opinions, it is not so "deep clean" mopping the floor. Overall, it is still a good product, thank you. : )
