I never knew my floor was so dirty although I cleaned it very often, but when I switched on the vacuum, i could see the floor was totally covered by dust under the uv light. I also tried the mopping function, this function may not be very convenient as i need to refill the water and pour off the dirty at least 1 time due to small water collection tank, but it can cleaned the floor well and dry. Just to say, the after-vacuumed result is only 99% clean. Why 99%? Cos there was still 1% dust appeared on area that I have vacuum, but I think it is still doing its job well. Overall, I am very happy with the performance of this product.

Very satisfied with Dry Vacuum. it is so satisfying when cleaning & easy to use also. Wet vacuum is not as good as expected. Couldn't get the liquid soap for it in the Dyson store also. When use only water, there are white lines in floor.

Suction was awesome compared to previously I was using Phillips. Durability seems like a very possible thing as well.

Love the fluffy head with the green dust detection light which shows the amount of dust being picked up. Also love that the machine automatically adjusts the suction power depending on the dust. Easy to clean too. I also love the standing power docking station. My previous Dyson vacuum cleaner had 2 battery replacements. Hoping it’s not the same with this model. It’s been 7 months and so far so good.

However, I wish the battery life would be longer as i love to use the auto mode so that it detects which area needs more cleaning. It is also easy to move with the vacuum. The only thing i don’t really like is the filter that needs more washing than expected as it will stink after a while.

Very good strongly recommend for household use for cleaning the floor. It's all in one sofa carpet and flooring. We also purchased the next air purifier two in one fan and airpurifiier . Our family is very happy and it's easy to manage dusting and cleaning the house. Thank you, Dyson.

I can really see the dust and also the traces of clean floor with every swipe. The submarine head was unbelievable! With its slim design, going under the bed, the furniture is a breeze. And it cleans really well too! Just need to get used to cleaning after mopping!

However, it does not work on thick pile carpet that the V11 head worked fine on. Brought it in and was told it’s just the way the V12 head is. Laser is nice though. Have to keep old vacuum for rugs.

It amplified the dust on the floor easily for cleaning and it is not bulky and heavy. It makes vacuuming and wiping a breeze now. I only wish that they can make the led light for the wet rollers too. It will be perfect.

I have it 6 months ago and now the screws head is cracked. Asking for support and they claimed is the accidental fault damaged, which is totally not acceptable.

However I’m quite disappointed with the mop function as it does not clean my house as well as compared to a manual mop. In order to do a thorough mop, I would have to go over the same spot with the machine a few times.
