It's cleanamazing and the light really gives a real time check that your dust is still there or clean up already. I love Dyson’s this product and really thankful for once eating such an amazing vacuum cleaner. The mopping tool is really amazing. I was surprised on its motion automatically. I just have to follow the machine but of course we can still control it by where we needed to mop and use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Yama from Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute After using the Dyson vacuum for one week, I have mixed feelings about its performance. One issue I’ve noticed is with the Fluffy Optic cleaner head. When using it on my floor tiles, it doesn’t glide as smoothly as my previous model, which had a brush roller cleaner head. It feels slightly less effortless to maneuver, especially on certain tile surfaces. The Digital Motorbar cleaner head is quite powerful, but it produces a rather loud sound during operation. That said, after a few rounds of use, I’ve gradually gotten used to the noise level. Another drawback is the size of the Digital Motorbar cleaner head. I find it a bit bulky, which makes it difficult to vacuum under lower furniture like my sofa. Overall, while the vacuum is powerful and effective, there are a few usability issues that affect the overall experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bette from My Personal experience with my new Dyson V12 I have always had a Dyson, since the company started. And have purchased a few more since. However, after so many years, the first unit i ever bought finally decided to call it a day. Sadly, it is so old they did not have spare parts so the company offered me a discount if I purchased a new one. I chose the Dyson V12 Detect™ Slim vacuum after checking out the various units at their showroom and brought that home. Sadly, the weight of the unit is not so favourable for my aged hands. The longer I held it whilst I am vacuuming, the heavier I felt the pressure on my wrist. Also, the "on/off" button is isolated at the top of the unit, which means I cannot just pull/release a "trigger" in order to activate the suction feature (Note: the older unit's "on/off" button was activated like in a gun). You need both hands to start the unit. Removing the dirt was easy. just a press of a button releases the catch and you can just tip the dirt out of the unit. However, that said, the suction is as good as the one I first purchased long ago. Also it is relatively quiet whilst it is vacuuming. I loved the green light feature at the end of the brushes. They really highlight areas of "dust" vividly and you cannot miss the fact that you need to vacuum that location because you actually see the dust on the floor. It is quite an amazing indicator - its ability to pick up and make visible the tiny particles of dust. It is a really great purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dyson supporter from Using the new Dyson V12 Detect Slim VC I bought a Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute to replace my Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner (which had served my family for 6 to 10 years already). Comparing, they have similar functions except the new vacuum cleaner is much lighter and does not need to keep pressing a switch to continue its operation. Being new, it performs much better than the old vacuum cleaner. Hope to see good performance from the new vacuum cleaner.
