COURTS ensures that our prices are lower than or at least the same as competitors, subject to prevailing terms and conditions.


At times, you may find that a product is being offered at a very special price at one of our stores but not the others, or that the price for a product you purchased has dropped at our stores thereafter. This is due to ongoing store-specific promotions or clearance sales. In such instances, we regret that we are unable to offer a price match.


What if I find a lower price offered by your competitors after buying from COURTS?

In rare instances where you find a lower price at our competitors after you have purchased the item from COURTS, you will be refunded the price difference if you bring it back to us within 14 days.

Must the product be exactly the same?

Yes, we will price match or refund the price difference on a “like-for-like" basis for the same product brand origin and model including prevailing tax (GST) and manufacturer's warranty, through the same payment method as well as mode of delivery.

How do I request for a price match from COURTS?

Customers can visit any COURTS store, call our toll-free Customer Service Hotline at 1800 222 6868, or emailcustomerservice@courts.com.sg within 14 days from the date of purchase. In your communications, please highlight the lower price in effect that you want us to price match.

How do I show "proof" of price?

Please provide a picture of the competitor's price tag, advertisement or catalogue to facilitate the price match. COURTS will review and verify the price match request. In some situations, we may call up the competitors to confirm the price.

How long do I have to wait to get a refund?

If you visit any of our physical stores, we will be able to process the claim in the same visit, provided proof of price is provided as above and all requirements are met. Requests through email or our customer service hotline take typically three working days to process.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

Sometimes a listed competitor will advertise a product with limited quantities for a special price or the item may even be out of stock. In these scenarios, the item will not be eligible for a price match or a refund of the price difference.

Does COURTS price match "free gift with purchase" offers?

No. COURTS does not price match “free gift with purchase” offers as they are not exactly “like-for-like”.

Does COURTS price match offers with financing?

No. COURTS does not price match when the competitors’ price is only applicable when using the competitors’ credit cards or any other financing offers.

Does COURTS match competitors' trade-in value and offers on trade-in products?

No. COURTS does not match our competitors' trade-in values and offers on trade-in products.

How will the difference in price be refunded to me?

The difference will be refunded via the same mode of payment used for the original purchase. You are only allowed to claim one price match per item.

How can I exchange an item I bought at your store?

You may bring the item in its original and sealed condition, along with the original receipt, warranty card, as well as any accompanying free gifts, vouchers, and/or accessories associated with the purchase, to our stores within 14 days from date of purchase for an exchange.

What if the product I purchased is defective?

If the product is defective, we will replace the product for you within 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly bring the product back with the warranty card and your valid purchase receipt from COURTS.

If the repair or replacement is not reasonably possible or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may keep the defective Goods and ask for a partial refund, or return the defective Goods and ask for a full refund. Please note that the amount of the full refund will take into account the Goods’ current state resulting from your use. If a higher value exchange is required under COURTS FlexiPlans purchase, then a new instalment plan agreement must be sanctioned.

On returning defective Goods, please note that any free gifts, vouchers and accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time. If free gifts, vouchers and accessories have been used, the refund amount will be offset accordingly. If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

Display sets cannot be exchanged.

Please note that some brands reserve the right to subject the product to an examination by their own experts, and may not accept the return of goods. For unsealed defective Apple products, please refer to Apple Service Centre. For unsealed Headsets and Earphones, please refer to the manufacturer's authorised office.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, COURTS reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, requires you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.

How does the lemon law protect me in the event of defective goods?

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, COURTS reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.

Same Day Delivery

We understand that at times, you will need a bulky item delivered to you quickly. Now you can enjoy your purchase item within the same day when you need it on the same day.

What is the latest time I need to buy to enjoy same day delivery?

Same Day Delivery - Online and In-Store

  • Same day delivery is only applicable on selected models. (subject to stocks availability)
  • Same day delivery is strictly not applicable on bundle deal(s).
  • Order(s) placed between 12am to 3pm will be delivered within the same day between 5pm to 10pm.
  • No same day delivery option is available for order(s) placed after 3pm.
  • Same day delivery is chargeable at $50.
  • Some condominiums may have specific delivery time slots. Some may only allow deliveries from 9am-5pm only. Before the checkout process, kindly check with your condominium management for the approved time slot for same day delivery. Please notify your condominium management once we have confirmed the delivery date and time. COURTS reserves the rights to decline any express delivery request and propose the next available delivery date.

How much does it cost?

$50 (including GST)

Can I cancel or make changes to same day delivery?

In order to get your order to you speedily, it will be hard to cancel this after we send our truck out. Hence we are not able to call back the truck. If you really need to change or cancel the truck, another delivery arrangement with another delivery fee will have to be chargeable.

What are the exclusions?

  • Items not stocked in our warehouse.
  • Direct delivery from our suppliers/partners.
  • COURTS Flexi Plans purchase.
  • Installation services and air-conditioning requiring installation.
  • Made-to-order products.
