Rated 3 out of 5 by CW from Has a design flaw, or maybe I have gotten a lemon Top lid always getting stuck to machine after using Ice Cream function. I have used Ice Cream function twice so far, and it happened on both occasions. To resolve this, I need to first dislodge the bottom container from top lid, then get my hands dirty to rotate the blades slightly which will dislodge the top lid from machine. In the process the machine also gets dirty due to ice cream dripping, and I have to remember to power off the mains before doing touching the blades for obvious safety reason. So far no such problem when using Sorbet or Mix-in functions. Havent tried other functions. The ice-cream and sorbet made are nice though. Will have rated 5 stars if not for above problem.

I was afraid that the ice cream would be tough to make as I did not know what ingredients are needed. But I was relieved upon receiving the item as it included an instruction booklet for various kinds of dessert that I can make easily at home. I‚ve tried making the smoothie bowl as well as gelato for now and it worked like a charm. Glad that 3 tubs are provided so that I can freeze them in the refrigerator the night before a party so that all my guests can enjoy the ice cream. The noise of the maker is tolerable too. I like that I‚m able to add whatever ingredients that I want as my family and I are picky eaters and prefer ice cream with less sugar. Great purchase that surpassed my standards!

The Ninja CREAMi has been a game-changer! I recently tried making traditional Indian ice cream, which is usually quite hard and difficult to serve. To my surprise, the CREAMi turned it into the creamiest, smoothest ice cream my kids have ever tasted. They were absolutely delighted! Don't let the upfront cost scare you because the ice cream maker practically pays for itself. There are so many different ice cream flavors you can make. Furthermore, this ice cream maker is super versatile because it can be used to make sorbet and milkshakes, so there is little worry that this ice cream maker will become a white elephant in the kitchen. Most importantly, this ice cream maker is super easy to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sammi from Reliable Efficient Tool for Your Kitchen I‚ve been wanting to get an ice cream maker machine for the longest time. I‚m so glad that I settled on Ninja Creami. The machine comes with 3 16-oz pint containers with lid to store your mixture. The sound is not very loud, similar to a Dyson hair dryer. I tried to make gelato with it and it was a huge success and the kids love it! Other than being able to make gelato, you also can make smoothie, ice cream, sorbet, milkshake with it. The design is compact and sleek, blends in well with my dark kitchen. The only downside is that you need a recipe to start from (given in quick start guide), and you just gotta tweak till you get the perfect consistency and texture. Ninja creami is solid investment for those experimenting with homemade frozen desserts and want a reliable, efficient tool for their culinary creations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Amy from Amazing technology Very easy to use with preset programs. Comes with free recipe booklet with more than 30 frozen treats recipes. Instructions (for machine setup & recipes) are easy to follow for beginners too. I would definitely recommend this for people who would like to create their own frozen treats at home. The texture of sorbet which I made was absolutely creamy similar to that of cafe and the taste was delicious. The preset program completed under 3 minutes! The machine is not too loud as well (quieter than a blender). The only downside which I can think of is that the machine is very bulky, considering that you will only use the machine once per week or every fortnightly. If you have extra countertop space or storage then go for it. The machine weight is manageable (it is easy to be moved around). Overall pleasant experience!

Rated 4 out of 5 by JC from Impressive! The Ninja Creami works as advertised, and with a bit of experimentation, you can pretty much make any type of ice cream you want! The machine is a rather noisy and you sometimes wonder how it can process a frozen block. Perhaps more information can be provided regarding the various functions and the spin speeds and spin duration. Also, I have some concerns that the spindle/spinning shaft cannot be cleaned even though it comes into contact with the treat.

This is truly a wonderful product that gets you ice cream with simple ingredients you have in your pantry. Being able to control what we put into our ice cream is great as well. I cannot believe it is that easy to get ice cream churned out in a matter of minutes! I would definitely recommend getting this! Cannot wait to create more frozen delights to battle this heat!
