WALL-MOUNTING INFORMATION

1) Notes:


  • Purchased TV will be delivered and standard installation will be done by COURTS Delivery Team. Wall-mounting service will be done separately by a specialist installer company.
  • Separate charges may apply if customer requests for wall-mounting service or wall bracket from installer. Payment is to be made directly to installer (Charges may differ for different brands/vendors).
  • Certain models of TV may not be suitable for wall-mounting.

2) Delivery & wall-mounting timings:


  • For 11am - 3pm delivery, wall-mounting can be done on the same day from 3pm - 6pm.
  • For late deliveries, (after 3pm), wall-mounting will be done, at the earliest, on the next working day.
    (Working days: Mondays to Fridays, not inclusive of public holidays)
  • Free wall-mounting service is only valid for 2 months* from delivery date of purchased TV.
  • Wall-mounting service is not applicable for same day delivery TVs. Wall-mounting service must be arrange on another date if required.

3) Restrictions on wall-mounting services/wall bracket:


  • No wall-mounting will be done on ceilings or feature walls.
  • If exceptions were made, installer will not be held responsible for alignment errors for wall-mounting on feature walls.
  • Additional charges may apply if TV is wall-mounted above a particular height.
  • Customers are not eligible to receive free wall brackets if they do not utilise the wall-mounting service provided by installer.
  • If wall-mounting service is not free, separate charges may apply for wall-mounting and payment is to be made directly to the installer (Charges may differ for different brands/vendors).

4) For customers with an existing TV/wall bracket:


  • Existing wall bracket (if any) may not be compatible with newly purchased TV.
  • Installer will remove and relocate an existing wall-mounted TV only if it is of the same brand as the installer's vendor, additional charges may apply.
  • For TVs of a different brand, customer needs to arrange for the existing TV to be dismantled before wall-mounting of the new TV can be done. Installer will not assist in dismantling existing TV.

  • COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd will not hold responsibility nor be held responsible for any inconsistencies caused or damages done to purchased TV from wall-mounting service provided by external installers.
  • COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd will not hold responsibility nor be held responsible for any damages to property from wall-mounting service provided by installers.
