HomeClub 2.0 Terms and Conditions
- The HomeClub programme ("HomeClub") is operated by COURTS (Singapore) Private Limited ("COURTS "). Under the HomeClub programme, COURTS customers qualifying for membership and approved by COURTS receive privileges determined by COURTS from time to time. By applying for and/or using the HomeClub membership, you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions as determined by COURTS from time to time.
- The member must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at point of sign up.
- To receive HomeClub privileges, HomeClub members will need to mention their mobile number or HomeClub number at point of purchase. For more information on HomeClub privilges, you may visit https://www.courts.com.sg/homeclub
- COURTS reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, cancel or terminate the HomeClub programme at any time and to modify, vary or change any of the privileges from time to time without prior notice to Members, even though the changes may affect the HomeClub members' rights.
- COURTS is not liable to HomeClub members for any loss that may arise as a result of termination or suspension of or changes to the HomeClub programme, as well as cancellation or revocation of HomeClub membership or privileges of any HomeClub members.
- HomeClub members are personally liable for any and all costs, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from their membership in the HomeClub.
- The personal information provided by HomeClub members allows COURTS to keep HomeClub members posted on COURTS’ latest promotions, offers, product updates and upcoming events. From time to time, COURTS may use personal information provided by HomeClub members to administer your HomeClub account, process applications submitted by you, verify your identity, send important notices about matters like changes to our policies or Terms & Conditions, or request for your feedback. COURTS may also use the personal information provided for internal purposes such as auditing, research and data analysis to improve COURTS’ services, member communications and programmes.
- Issuance and Redemption of HomeClub Points
- Under the HomeClub Membership Programme, you can earn HomeClub points when you purchase products at COURTS Store or on www.courts.com.sg (excluding products advertised with limited sets or purchase with purchase promotion, selected promotions or discounts including price -matched products, purchase of vouchers, gift cards, delivery services and amount paid using HomeClub points or vouchers).
- Points are updated 1 day after all purchases have been fully paid and delivered.
I. For COURTS FlexiPlans purchase, points will be credited to members within 7 days after first 6 successful instalment payments are received throughout the instalment agreement period.
II. If a member defaults a payment during the 1st 6 instalment period, points will not be awarded. - Point’s issuance varies according to each product, subjected to the discretion of COURTS(S) Pte Ltd.
- Points are awarded based on the final purchase price after taking into product returns and exchanges done within COURTS’ 14-Day Exchange Policy. Hence, HomeClub points are credited and reflected in your HomeClub account 1 day after all purchases have been fully delivered and paid.
- If a member returns/exchanges any item(s) for which points have been credited, corresponding number of points for the items returned will be removed from the member's account and adjusted accordingly.
- A welcome gift of 500 points ($5) will be credited to your HomeClub account upon successful sign up. Applicable to new sign ups starting from 3 October 2020.
- A $10 Birthday Voucher will be sent during your Birthday Month via email and is sent on every 5th of the month.
I. If you have signed up for HomeClub Membership thereafter, your Birthday Voucher will only be sent on your next Birthday month. - To enjoy HomeClub member's deals, privileges and earn HomeClub points, members must present their HomeClub E-Card (Available on COURTS Mobile app), or state their Membership number or Mobile Number upon payment at the cashier. For online purchases, members’ are required to log in before a purchase is recorded.
- Points can only be redeemed at COURTS Physical stores (not applicable for courts.com.sg) at the conversion rate of 100 Points = $1. You may also keep accumulating Points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later date.
- Points cannot be used to offset purchase of vouchers, gift cards and services such as FlexiPlans instalments.
- HomeClub points will expire 1 year from the date of last purchase.
- For FlexiPlans purchase, points will expire 1 year from the latest date of points issuance.
- If your Membership is revoked, cancelled or has inactivity within in a year, or if the HomeClub Programme is terminated, any points in your account will automatically be forfeited.
- HomeClub points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in part or full.
- HomeClub members agree and consent to use of the personal information provided by them for the purposes set out herein, and for COURTS to communicate with them for such purposes using the contact details provided by the HomeClub member at the time of application for HomeClub membership, as updated from time to time.
- HomeClub members shall notify COURTS of any change of address or other personal details. COURTS is not responsible for any loss, suspension or revocation of HomeClub membership or privileges, which arise from any failure of a HomeClub member to notify COURTS of such change.
- It is the responsibility of HomeClub members to update their mailing address, email address and mobile telephone numbers as provided to COURTS via website https://www.courts.com.sg/Homeclub, COURTS Mobile App or at any COURTS Store. Any communication sent to a HomeClub member will be regarded as delivered when posted, emailed or sent via SMS to the Member's mailing address, email address or mobile number on record. COURTS will not be responsible for any delayed, misdirected or lost mail/communication to a HomeClub member.
- HomeClub members agree to and authorise the disclosure by COURTS of any information, particulars or details provided by a HomeClub member to any third party (including, without limitation, suppliers, logistics partners, credit bureaus, insurers), for the purposes of procuring the provision of services by such third party to HomeClub members (including, without limitation, delivery of products, product insurance, credit assessment, debt collection) or such other purpose for which COURTS may in its absolute discretion consider reasonable and/or necessary. Except as set out above, COURTS will not disclose the personal information of any HomeClub members without permission unless COURTS is required to do so by law. HomeClub members may contact COURTS by email at homeclub@courts.com.sg if they have any questions regarding the use or disclosure of their personal information by COURTS.
- COURTS shall not be liable for any product and/or service offered or promised to HomeClub members by a COURTS partner. COURTS will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury that may arise as a result of using a COURTS partner product and/or service.
- HomeClub members are responsible for keeping themselves informed of the current Terms and Conditions of the COURTS HomeClub programme which are posted on the COURTS (Singapore) Private Limited HomeClub website.
- If there is any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and other information provided in relation to the HomeClub programme, the Terms and Conditions will prevail unless otherwise specified.
- Enrolment of more than one person under a single HomeClub membership and multiple enrolments by a single person is not allowed.
- COURTS reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate to HomeClub members the HomeClub Terms and Conditions posted on the COURTS (Singapore) Private Limited HomeClub website. All decisions made by COURTS shall be final and conclusive in each case.
- COURTS' rights and remedies under or pursuant to these terms and conditions and the HomeClub programme are cumulative, may be exercised as often as COURTS considers appropriate and are in addition to its rights and remedies under general law.
- A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of its terms.
- All the information contained here is correct and current at the time of posting online and is subjected to change without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and Members hereby submit irrevocably to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
