Participants in the contest are deemed to have accepted the rules and regulations.

The qualifying period is from 7th September – 2nd November 2012.

Applicable with purchase of any brand of Digital Still Camera, Digital SLR Camera and Digital Camcorder / Video Camera at any Courts stores.

One (1) winner will be drawn. The winner shall be selected at random, by means of a computerized method as determined by Courts (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

Customers who are below eighteen years of age are not eligible to enter the lucky draw.

$10,000 holiday travel voucher is to be redeemed at designated travel agency stated in the redemption letter. Booking are strictly subject to availability by the designated travel agency and Courts (S) Pte Ltd is not responsible or liable.

Winner will be notified by 23rd November 2012 by phone and followed by email or post.

Results will be published in the Straits Times paper on Sat, 24th November 2012.

Courts Flexi Plans customers and HomeClub members receive double the chance in the lucky draw.

All entries submitted must bear the name(s) as per NRIC /Passport of the purchaser(s) shown on the invoice where applicable.

Only participants who provide authentic personal details are eligible for the lucky draw.

Incomplete entries or entries which do not comply with the terms and conditions will be considered invalid and therefore not eligible for the draw.

Customers will not be eligible for any lucky draw during the period in which Flexi Plans account(s) is/are in arrears. Accounts must be fully delivered before the prize can be released. Account with returns or refund will not be eligible.

By participating in the lucky draw, you have agreed to join HomeClub, a Courts loyalty programme and receive Courts’ discounts promotional materials in the future. Nevertheless, you will have an option to unsubscribe from the eDM and SMS blast if you do not wish to receive it thereafter.

Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for the draw.

Employees of Courts (S) Pte Ltd, family members and business partners are not eligible to participate in the draw.

Winner needs to present original receipts and NRIC / Passport for identity verification to collect the prizes.

Prize must be claimed within 7 days from the date of notice; prizes not claimed will be donated to charity.

Prize won during the contest are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, products or any other items. No extension of the travel voucher upon expiry date.

Courts decisions on the winner are final and no further enquiries will be entertained.

Courts reserves the right to publish the winners' photographs in its advertising materials.

If the date(s) requested by the customer is/are not available, the designated travel agency reserves the right to advise other alternative dates which are available.

Courts (Singapore) Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for the quality or any other aspect of the prize and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the prize by any person.

Courts (S) Pte Ltd will not accept liability for acts, omissions or defaults whether through negligence or otherwise caused by any external party involved in this promotion.
