1. How do I apply for Courts Flexi Plans?
All eligible individuals can apply for Courts Flexi Plans at any of our stores, where our friendly staff are ready to assist you. Alternatively, Singaporeans and PRs can apply online, at AXS Stations, call 1800-222-6868 or SMS 73838 with your Name and NRIC / Passport Number. E Pass or S Pass holders can also apply via AXS Stations, call or SMS with the same details.

2. Who can apply for Courts Flexi Plans?
Singaporeans/ PRs aged between 21 and 64 years old, and S Pass or E Pass holders aged between 21 and 55 years old, who are gainfully employed. National Servicemen are not eligible.

3. What documents are needed upon application?
For Singaporeans/ PRs please produce your NRIC and latest proof of income documents during application. Proof of address is required if staying in a rented premise.

S Pass or E Pass Holders are required to produce the following:
• Passport
• S Pass or E Pass
• Latest printed pay-slip
• Latest Proof of Address
• One reference is required, either a friend or
  colleague residing in Singapore.
  Particulars of Reference is required:
  i. Name
  ii. Address
  iii. Residential telephone or hand phone number

4. Do I need a guarantor?
No guarantor is required, however for S Pass or E Pass Holder,
1 reference either a friend or colleague that is residing in
Singapore is required.

5. What are the benefits of applying for Courts Flexi Plans?
Courts Flexi Plans offers you the flexibility to pay for your purchases through instalment plans that best suit your needs. For more benefits, read here.

6. How many items can I apply for Courts Flexi Plans?
There is no limit to the range of items. However, the minimum purchase amount is at $150.

7. What are the instalment terms?
For Singaporeans/ PRs, the instalment term is from 6 to 60 months. For E Pass or S Pass Holders, it is from 6 to 24 months.

8. What is the term charge like?
You may wish to speak with our salesperson at any of our stores to discuss in more detail about the product you are looking to purchase and they will be able to advise you accordingly.

9. How long do I have to wait to know if my application has
    been approved?

Within 3 working days with complete documents submitted.

10. Upon approval of my application, when can the items be
      delivered to me?
The items will be delivered based on stock availability and the preferred delivery date that you have confirmed with the salesperson at the point of application. For own collection, you may collect the product immediately upon approval, subject to stock availability.

11. How do I go about making monthly payments?
Payment modes for Singaporeans/ PRs:
1) Cash/NETS/EPINS at our Branches
2) Cheques – Cheques should be crossed and made payable to
"Courts (Singapore) Pte Ltd".
