EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS (FROM DATE OF DELIVERY)

Courts Exchange Policy

If you're not totally happy with the product you purchased, you can bring it back anytime for an exchange within 7 days (from date of purchase/delivery, whichever is later).

• Bring the product (excluding display set items) back in its original condition, including the box, with the guarantee card and a valid purchase receipt from Courts.
• When returning the product, please note that free gifts, vouchers and accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned.
• If software is being returned, it must be unopened.
• In the event of a cancellation with no exchange in product, a refund will be given in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.
• Certain product categories cannot be exchanged, such as Apple products, PDAs, mobile phones, game consoles, made-to-order/custom-made items, air-conditioners (once installed), home appliances (once used), personal care products, mattresses and assembled furniture.
• If a higher-value exchange is required under an installment plan purchase, then a new installment plan agreement must be sanctioned.
• If delivery has been made, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

Delivery Policy

• Our delivery service is offered 7 days a week, anywhere in mainland Singapore at a competitive rate.
• To manage both our customer expectations & delivery schedule, we offer every customer a specified delivery window to choose from:
  11am – 3pm, 3pm – 7pm or 7pm – 9pm. For selected furniture delivery, customer can choose the delivery window: 12 – 5pm or 5 – 9pm.

Courts Installation Policy

• Installation is handled by our trained professionals. For Electrical and IT, assembly and installation is at a flat rate of S$30.00.
• All bedroom suites = S$88.00 per set.
  • All sizes of Bed Frames / Wardrobes = S$35.00 each.
  • Dining Sets = S$ 55.00 per set.
  • Storage Units (Chest of Drawers/ Dressing Table / Bedside Table / Bookcase / Shoe Cabinet etc) = S$ 25.00 each.
  • Occasional Pieces (Coffee Table, Side Table, Console Table) = S$19.00 each.

Our in-house QC team conducts rigorous quality checks and standards so your purchase is perfect. Our buyers have also sourced the safest and best designed ranges from around the globe. This gives you total assurance of our quality!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VOUCHERS

Courts voucher may be used against the purchase of any item or items of merchandise at any Courts store in Singapore expect concessionaire products.

• Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• No replacement will be made for damaged, lost or expired vouchers.
• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and any un-utilised amount will not be refunded.
• Vouchers are only valid with authorized Courts company stamp.
